About Pim van de Goor

Pim has a passion for everything related to business undertakings, which makes him completely at home in our Company Law & Financing and Securities & Insolvency sections. He represents companies when they have the wind in their sails, but also when they experience financial difficulties. In addition, he acts for receivers in bankruptcies with incredible commitment and an eye for detail. Pim concentrates on the general industry and business services sectors and particularly deals with accountants’ liability matters.

Both colleagues and clients describe Pim as communicative, decisive and solution-oriented. This orientation on solutions does not only come forward in his work. He once played a part in the infamous ‘Tour of Holla’ and even got one of the receivers to cycle on stage with him on a tandem. After all, ‘two can pedal faster than one’.

Pim likes to look after the inner man in the same way that he takes care of his clients. If you are looking for him on a Saturday, you will probably find him near a chopping block and a cooker, or drinking freshly poured beer.
