In 2008, we set up a research office to collect and share our legal knowledge. The law is continually evolving not only as a result of new legislation taking effect, but also because of legal precedents. The core tasks of our research office are to identify and monitor developments in legislation, case law and literature and to collect and manage legal information.
The main goal of the research office is to provide our lawyers with the most up-to-date information. Because we always have the most recent knowledge at our disposal, we can optimally advise you, and properly prepare for our performance in court. In addition, the research office can fulfil a more direct role for clients when we work on cases with have complicated contents.
