Kim de Bonth
About Kim de Bonth
Kim joined Holla’s Intellectual Property & ICT team in 2002. She focuses on the business services, health & welfare and public sectors. Kim has developed over the years to become the Holla specialist in privacy law. The protection of private and confidential information receives a great deal of attention in the media and is increasingly regarded as indispensable in this digital age.
Kim has great passion and perseverance. She is always kind and courteous, but never lets go once she has got her teeth into a case. Clients know what they can expect from Kim because she is clear, realistic and knows how to explain the information she needs from them. Kim has an eye for detail: an important trait because the finer letters of intellectual property law can make the difference between winning or losing a case.
Kim likes to travel to far-off countries. She has literally been to Tokyo and back. She is also one of the editors of Hoogst Persoonlijk, Holla’s magazine for clients. To compensate for the large amount of business reading she has to do, Kim likes to be the first person in her family to pick the Donald Duck comic magazine out of the mailbox at weekends.
