About Yoshi Stiphout

Yoshi has been at Holla Advocaten since October 2019 and works in the Financing, Securities & Insolvency business unit. Following a Bachelor’s degree in Utrecht, she obtained her Master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam.

During her studies, Yoshi worked in insolvency law at a medium-sized firm. It was there that she developed her passion for this branch of the law. She subsequently worked as an external court clerk in the trade section at the Court of Appeal of The Hague, which gave her a lot of practical experience during her time as a student.

Yoshi is a very sociable person and likes to spend free time with friends and family. In addition, Yoshi regularly visits European cities, with Italy as her favourite destination.
