About Jaimy Vanenburg
Jaimy joined to strengthen the team of employment law specialists at Holla Advocaten in September 2016. She advises her clients on individual and collective labour law and acts for employers as well as employees. She also focuses on (international) sports law, as one of the few in the Netherlands to have obtained a Master’s degree in this subject. She uses this specialist knowledge to advise clubs, athletes and player agents, and won’t shy away from proceedings with (football) federations or the CAS, for instance.
Office colleagues and clients describe Jaimy as approachable, enthusiastic, straightforward and solutions-oriented. She invests in long-term relationships with her clients and is able to put herself in their shoes. Jaimy possesses the passion and drive to get to the bottom of every case, will tackle any challenge thrown at her and she isn’t afraid of arguing the technical points. She will do all everything in her power to provide watertight legal advice and safeguard the interests of her clients.
Jaimy has a general interest in sport, but football and tennis are her real loves. The atmosphere in a stadium gives her goose bumps every time. She is a sociable person and likes to spend her free time with family or friends, enjoying a glass of something or other on a terrace close to home or abroad. Days off are preferably spent somewhere sunny – ideally where she can practice her Spanish.
