About Alissa van Tongerloo

Alissa has worked for Holla since September 2014. She specialises in corporate law. Within this field, she mainly deals with competition law. Alissa also focuses on the general industry sector.

Because Alissa grew up in an entrepreneurial family, her choosing to study company law is hardly surprising. After all, the apple rarely falls far from the tree. In her chosen fields of expertise, she is able to combine her fascination for entrepreneurship with her love of the law. She describes her work method as ‘punctual, yet practical’ for good reason.
